Agreed. My iPod touch sprang to life at 2 in the morning when they sent me an e-mail confirmation saying it shipped.

Just got mine inna mail, but I've got classes all day and work tonight. Don't know when I'll get to read it. So far I indulged and looked over the contents page and then flipped to the back for the Extra Bonus Allred Gallery. LOVE these new pieces (guessing they're commissions).

Does anyone who has theirs in hand wanna post a scan of the table of contents? The only (so far) review on Amazon says that this is not a collection of mostly brand new material...

Agreed! I love these new Madman pinups by Mike. I wondered if they were commissions too, or solely for the Monster.

PS - Excellent (delayed) timing of the book being released in stores, coincidentally the new LCS I ordered my copy through was having their first birthday and to celebrate they had 20% off store wide on the weekend when I grabbed it!!
