Lou,

I think I have an extra volume 1 of the Madman Atomic Comics tpb. I'll have to do some digging, though, as my comic stuff is packed securely but in no real order after I moved last year.

I remember you from the old boards AND from the boards over at www.marvelmasterworks.com (I'm "Matteo" over there). I'll keep ya posted, but if you find a better deal feel free to snag it up. My feelin's won't be harmed a hair. :)

Thank you for checking, Matt! If you find it, please let me know if I have anything you would want in exchange.

About 5 or 6 months months back I found Madman x Jam issue 1 at half price books for 50 cent. I already had the Boogaloo, but I've always been a fan of single issues. Especially since I love the art on the back of Madman x Jam issue 1. I drew an image inspired by this comic and an amazing book called house of leaves that I'll post up when I get a scanner.

With all these collected forms of Mike Allred's work, I'm seeing a lot more of his comics in single issue form at thrift stores and on ebay, so be on your toes in the coming months. I also found issue 1- 15 of the Atomics for only 15 on an ebay auction, it really made my Christmas. Now I have to figure out how to acquire another run of the Atomics so I can cut up my comics and decorate my tiny apartment with my favorite super hero team.

Still looking for reader copies of Madman Atomics Comics TPB volumes 2 and 3, and I have plenty of stuff to trade for them, including some more obscure Allred goodies.

...I'm interested in knowing what the obscure goodies are, that you have for trade...
