Post Boardie Celebration - Jamie S. Rich
A man of many mysteries. Voted "Most likely to be a chain-smoking, femme fatale in disguise," Jamie S. Rich has been a presence here on the Mike Allred Board before there ever was a board. We know him for keeping trolls and troll-like entities in check with his sharp wit and relentless furor. We also know and love him for the part he has played as editor to the Big Kahuna, Mike Allred himself.

This week we celebrate Jamie S. Rich! :D

Yay for Jamie!

May his talent never diminish!
May his good taste never waver!
May he never find out I gave Tony his telephone number!

Interesting fact: Before they decided to abandon the campaign, Jamie was going to be Budweiser's next "Real Men of Genius" or more specifically, "Mr. Independent Comic Book Editor".

I've never had the honor to personally meet the man but he's always been gracious answering any questions I have. Before I purchase a DVD, I do some investigating to see if Jamie's reviewed it and take into serious consideration his opinion. His novels, columns, and sometimes even his Facebook posts are entertaining and enlightening. But most of all, he's just another perfect example of how kind, down to earth, and humble people in the comic book business are.

So here's to Jamie! Hip hip hooray! :D
